Ocean Road Magazine reports that the ‘private oasis’-inspired development is being undertaken by Holm Developments and DeMartini Fletcher in a joint venture that will transform the 4,083sqm site at the heart of Casuarina Beach.
The development will offer a collection of 47 luxury two, three and four-bedroom residences across four storeys, as well as exclusive resort-style amenities. PAMA Casuarina will cater primarily to owner-occupiers; downsizers can comfortably make the change from a traditional detached house to a luxury apartment setting while ‘holiday home’-seekers and families can secure a slice of the idyllic beachside lifestyle.
Godfrey Esmonde, Director of Holm Developments, said that he collaborated with John DeMartini of DeMartini Fletcher and secured the site earlier this year to deliver a unique owner-occupier focused, sub-tropical apartment building for Casuarina Beach. “We were immediately captivated by the relaxed and laidback lifestyle and amenities at Casuarina Beach, plus the convenience of the site’s location with shopping and cafes directly across the road. The Urban Developer reports that Casuarina’s median house prices have increased by $2.1m in the last 12 months.
