This is the second project undertaken by Qualitas and LAS Group with the group completing the delivery of Summerhill Shopping Centre in Reservoir earlier this year with a project value of $85 million.

Prices for the residences start from $435,000 to $5,000,000 and range in size from 56.4sqm to 545sqm.
Construction of the development is scheduled to commence in late 2015 and scheduled for completion by early 2017.
