A bold new chapter in Gold Coast living has begun as Homecorp launches sales for Stage Two at its visionary Cienna Varsity Ridge - a landmark release of 289 meticulously designed apartments, offering affordability in one of QLD's fastest-growing lifestyle precincts.

Following the success of Stage One, which delivered 257 apartments in 2023, Stage Two has already attracted strong interest from a diverse range of buyers including first-home buyers, growing families, downsizers and investors seeking a low-maintenance and luxe, yet accessible lifestyle.

"Cienna Varsity Ridge is elevated, connected and your gateway to the next chapter, your future and the life you want to create, no matter your stage of life," said Ron Bakir, ceo of Homecorp.

Already under construction and due for completion in 2027, the highly-anticipated next stage will boast a collection of thoughtfully crafted, affordable one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Lifestyle offerings for everyone

At their doorstep, residents will enjoy a sun-drenched, resort-style pool deck with a sauna and steam room, a sleek modern fitness centre, dedicated games rooms for both children and adults complete with arcade games and a pool table, a private dog park, residents-only lounge, and co-working office spaces designed for flexibility and connection.

At the pinnacle, a private rooftop BBQ oasis awaits, wrapped in lush greenery offering sweeping views of the Surfers Paradise skyline and the iconic Gold Coast hinterland.

"At Homecorp, we push the boundaries of what is possible, creating inspiring communities of the future where people belong. With Cienna, we have delivered a project that cuts no corners and offers something for everyone. Stage One saw an incredible response, and what resonated most was the sense of community that people instantly connected with.

"Every detail has been considered. We left no stone unturned in designing a place that feels like a retreat from the everyday while staying seamlessly connected to a vibrant, thriving community within easy walking distance of leading schools, a renowned university, buzzing restaurants and cafés, and public transport linking residents to Broadbeach, Brisbane and beyond,” said Ron.

Community driven

Stage Two of Cienna Varsity Ridge will introduce two striking towers, rising 12 and 14 storeys respectively. In direct response to community and council feedback, Homecorp has gone beyond code requirements to incorporate 44 additional car parking spaces for the community, including 20 extra resident and visitor spaces, plus 24 publicly accessible spots. Each apartment will also come with its own dedicated parking.

Adding further convenience, a brand-new Coles supermarket is set to open along Main Street later this year as part of the emerging Varsity Lakes Village, just a short walk from Cienna Varsity Ridge.

Moving down south

Homecorp has successfully delivered over $3 billion in real estate projects across Queensland’s northern coastline to South Australia, and is set to break ground in Victoria later this year. Their diverse portfolio includes house-and-land communities as well as mid- to high-rise developments, all designed to meet the demands of thriving markets and provide exceptional value to buyers nationwide.
