Fortis and Dare’s inaugural collaboration, Piper, is expected to begin construction in mid-2022. But with just fifteen exclusive homes available and expert developers at Fortis and Dare at the helm, Piper is likely to be popular amongst Point Piper buyers.

At last week’s launch event, guests received a first-hand glimpse at Piper’s intricately designed interiors. Viewing the display suite, the quality materials used in every corner of Piper’s residences were a standout feature. Piper homes are clearly designed with a sense of comfort and luxury in mind.

With exquisite features and finishes that have been highly considered and an idyllic harbourside location, Piper is sure to be the jewel of Sydney’s much-loved suburb, Point Piper.

This is a project that simply exudes luxury. Generous floor-plans ensure that residences truly feel like a home. Miriam Fanning from Mim Design has designed the interiors with unique, luxurious intricacy. The palette of materials is rich, taking inspiration the tranquility of nature. With marble countertops and splashbacks, timber flooring, Subzero and Miele appliances, and carefully chosen joinery, residents will experience a life of pure indulgence at Piper.

Fortis Director, Charles Mellick, says that “Piper’s interiors are filled with intricacies and luxury. Each home is well considered, and design led, providing for cohesive spaces that ebb and flow out to private terraces and lush gardens. The outdoor palette has been designed to maximise space and privacy, with the project wrapped in lush, textured landscaping, with select residences showcasing romantic entertaining grottos and pools.”

Dare Property Group Director, Danny Avidan, echoes Mellick’s sentiment, telling Apartments & Developments, “We are thrilled to be providing a limited collection of meticulously considered homes in one of Australia’s most prized peninsulas. We have collaborated with some of Australia’s leading designers to create a landmark project that we are extremely proud of.”
