The City of Gold Coast has officially given the green light to Frank Developments and Signature Property Partners' new beachfront luxury tower. Construction of this project, named MAYA Northcliffe, will commence at the end of this year. 

Located at 60-62 Garfield Terrace, Northcliffe, this visionary project is set to redefine beachfront luxury living with its meticulously curated design and premium lifestyle offerings. 

Designed by ByCulprit, with landscaping by Urbis, MAYA Northcliffe will rise 37 storeys and 123 meters above the pristine Gold Coast shoreline. The development will feature an exclusive collection of just 57 apartments, each crafted to embody the philosophy of “Live Slow & Enjoy,” blending modern elegance with the natural beauty of its surroundings.
