Frank Developments has launched MYST in North Burleigh, cementing a 5 year pipeline of projects ahead for the developer in various locations on the Gold Coast.
“It is exciting to continue our legacy on the Gold Coast and introduce another beachfront project," said Frank Licastro of Frank Developments.
"We have a proud pipeline of projects including MIRA Northcliffe under construction which is set to complete in 2025 & MAYA Northcliffe which is currently proposed to Gold Coast City Council.
“Both the acquisition and planning of this project have been nearly 3 years in the making, we look forward to working with Gold Coast City Council on the proposed application.”
Continuing the custom, MYST is also drawing inspiration from the natural elements of the Gold Coast, this time from the mist of the ocean surf, created by a crashing wave that can be described as 'clouds of the ocean'.
The project, led by architectural and design firm BYculprit, aims to grab the best views while still being a good neighbour to surrounding buildings. The architectural vision aims to maintain privacy and soften the exterior facade to enhance elegance - just like the mist of the surf creates a haze of privacy and elegance.
In keeping with taking things outside and being natural, the building will boast extensive landscaping.
“With MYST, the team drew inspiration from 'ocean clouds' to design a unique collection of luxury residences that blend sweeping Pacific Ocean views with interior privacy, comfort, and warmth,” said BYculprit design director, Luke Henderson.
MYST Gold Coast comprises 18 levels with 2 apartments per floor as well as single floor Penthouse residences, each designed to invite residents to 'live with their heads in the clouds, where ocean dreams become reality.'
Boasting unique 4 bedroom + MPR floor plans, perfect for the owner occupier or downsizer, the development includes a range of luxurious amenities, such as ground floor surfboard storage and change rooms along with a gym, sauna, private dining areas, lap pool and spa on Level 1.
"We love the community feel at North Burleigh and wanted to craft a space where residents can be truly be immersed and relax with the calming surroundings," Frank said.
