Frasers Property unlocks new townhouse opportunity for first home buyers at Berwick Waters

First home buyers are being given a rare opportunity to enter Melbourne’s competitive southeast, with Frasers Property Australia unveiling a new release of townhouses at its established Berwick Waters community in Clyde North, combining attainable pricing with access to expanded government support schemes.

The four-bedroom, two-level Ellis townhouses by Simonds Homes are located within walking distance of two new public schools, newly completed sporting fields and the award-winning Tree Walk Park.

Berwick and Beaconsfield railway stations are 10 minutes’ drive from Berwick Waters, while a network of buses also connect the community to the stations.
