On the elevated grounds of the former Moonee Valley Racing Club grandstand, The Eveline at Moonee Valley Park offers more than a place to live; it gives residents a deep sense of connection to place and history.
With panoramic views across the racetrack, expansive parkland, and the Melbourne skyline, this address carries a rare distinction: homes shaped by heritage and framed by landscape, yet poised for contemporary city living.
Targeted for completion in Q4 2028, with construction expected to commence in Q3 of this year, The Eveline stands as the architectural and cultural heart of the evolving Moonee Valley Park precinct – a neighbourhood designed for both everyday ease and long-term fulfilment – all just six kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD.
Moonee Valley Park is a joint venture between developer Hamton Property Group and leading superannuation fund Hostplus, in partnership with Moonee Valley Racing Club.

A setting steeped in history, reimagined for today
Few urban sites in Melbourne combine heritage, openness, and proximity like this one. The Eveline occupies a position intrinsically connected to more than 140 years of racing history, thoughtfully reinterpreted through modern architecture and placemaking. Here, residents gain more than outlook; they inherit a legacy.
That legacy underpins the precinct’s broader vision. Moonee Valley Park is creating a “neighbourhood within a park”, where hospitality, retail, and public green spaces knit together with homes. Much of this amenity is already in place, giving residents an immediate sense of community and belonging.
Architecture shaped by nature
Designed by Cera Stribley, The Eveline’s distinctive curved façade is inspired by the natural flow of Moonee Ponds Creek.
This organic form softens the building’s presence and creates visual harmony with its parkland and waterway context. Botanical-led design is a signature here: verdant planting cascades and layered greenery enhance the building’s presence while strengthening its connection to nature, bringing a sense of calm and sustenance to daily life.

“The site’s proximity to Moonee Ponds Creek inspired the beautiful organic curves to the building façade,” explains Cera Stribley co-founder and managing principal Domenic Cerantonio.
“To truly reflect the biophilic design commitment, we wanted to continue the vegetation beyond the podium and right up the building to engage residents on the upper floors.”
This thoughtful architectural response elevates The Eveline beyond a landmark building, making it part of the fabric of its environment.
Homes immersed in outlook and calm
Across 394 residences, The Eveline presents a spectrum of living options to suit different lifestyles and households.
From thoughtfully designed one-bedroom residences to expansive two- and three-bedroom apartments, and three exclusive penthouses crowning The Eveline, these homes feature sweeping track and city-skyline or garden views and are crafted to maximise light, outlook, and connection.

Layouts prioritise openness and privacy in equal measure. Generous living and dining spaces flow seamlessly to balconies with expansive views, encouraging indoor-outdoor living that resonates with everyday rhythms.
Kitchens are specified with high-quality appliances and considered storage, and buyers can personalise interiors with a choice of light or dark colour palettes to suit their aesthetic.
“Cera Stribley’s diverse range of floorplan layouts makes the most of the surrounding green spaces and sweeping nature views,” said Matt Malseed, managing director at Hamton Property Group.
“At The Eveline, there is a perfect residence for every household, and this diversity in design helps foster community and connection within the Moonee Valley Park neighbourhood.”

Well-considered amenity for everyday life
The scale and quality of amenity at The Eveline speak to a lifestyle that is both complete and connected. Designed to support active, social, and restful moments alike, these spaces rival those of premium hotel retreats, including:
- 25-metre lap pool overlooking the racetrack
- Sauna and steam room
- Fully equipped gym with adjoining yoga room
- Rooftop lounge and dining with spa, communal kitchen and veggie garden
- Co-working lounge and breakout space for flexible, productive days
- Porte cochère entry into a welcoming double-height lobby, complete with lounge and social areas

Living within Moonee Valley Park
More than just building amenity, The Eveline is connected to a broader precinct that delivers its own lifestyle value.
Residents enjoy direct access to more than 20 hectares of public green space, walking and cycling trails, heritage landmarks, and the future Cox Place retail and entertainment hub. Nearby Moonee Ponds itself offers established cafes, restaurants, and transport links, including train and tram connections, all contributing to a life that feels connected, balanced, and complete.
Sustainability is woven into this vision. The Eveline is one of the inaugural projects to achieve accreditation under the UDIA’s EnviroDevelopment Excellence benchmark and is accredited as an Exemplar project under the Nature Based Cities initiative: recognitions that reflect its commitment to green space, walkability, and healthy living at both neighbourhood and building scales.
A place to belong
The Eveline stands apart not through spectacle, but through substance – architecture that listens to its setting, spaces that enrich everyday life, and a community that inherits both legacy and future potential.
For downsizers, professional couples, and owner-occupiers seeking a premium, low-maintenance home without compromise, The Eveline offers a rare opportunity to live within history while looking confidently to the future.
“The Eveline is an exemplar of nature-based excellence,” said Hamton Property Group founder and executive chairman Paul Hameister.
“The uniqueness of these homes is grounded in biophilic design, its curved form, exceptional lifestyle amenities, breathtaking city views, and its setting within a sprawling botanical park.”
