Renowned Brisbane developer Graya has won development approval from the Gold Coast City Council for Ripple Palm Beach.

The 2 Palm Beach Avenue address boasts 45 meters of absolute beach frontage, affording every residence panoramic views of the coastline.

“Palm Beach still has a suburban beachside community feel,” said Rob Gray, Managing Director and Co-founder of Graya.

“It has a unique charm and a slower pace of life that many people find appealing. You just don’t get that on the northern end of the Gold Coast.”

Architecturally designed by award-winning Plus Architecture, Ripple comprises 19 apartments of two, three, and four-bedroom offerings and just two ground floor terrace-style beach houses with direct access to the beach.

Up high, the two exclusive penthouses feature their own private rooftop terraces, complete with a plunge pool, BBQ facilities, and multiple entertaining spaces.

According to Plus Architecture, the design aesthetics of the facade has been heavily influenced by the beach and encompasses wave-like design features.

Ripple comprises a suite of amenities that further the idyllic coastal lifestyle. Residents can enjoy the sauna, barbecue area, and pool that overlooks the beach at ground level.

Graya also remarked that this area has only recently developed the amenity required to attract high-end apartment buyers.

“The southern Gold Coast now has some of Queensland’s best restaurants, cafes, bars, and recreational offerings all within a short distance,” they said.

With Ripple now greenlit, Graya can shift their focus to breaking ground on their first premium Gold Coast apartment project, Kloud Palm Beach.

Located on the prestigious Jefferson Lane, Graya has received an overwhelming amount of enquiries for Kloud since the announcement of the project late last year.

Andrew Gray, Co-founder of Graya, said the team would soon break ground on the project.

“Kloud will be the first of our bespoke unit developments released,” said Mr Gray. “It has an appealing price point for beachside apartments and has received a huge amount of interest.”

Like Ripple, Kloud will feature a selection of two, three, and four-bedroom sky homes with uninterrupted views of the coastline.

“We build all our own projects, so we had to choose one project to focus on first,” Mr Gray explained. “The market’s response to Kloud has given us the confidence to push forward now.”
