Hamilton Hill home sells for $7 million

Prestige property developer, Capital Luxury Residences (CLR) has sold its award-winning Spanish-inspired luxury residence, TORRE, a stunning five- bedroom, three-storey mansion in one of Brisbane’s most prestigious streets, Langside Street in the blue-chip suburb of Hamilton. 

Selling by Sarah Hackett of Place New Farm, the Spanish-inspired luxury home located at 36 Langside Street sold for $7 million to a local family buyer. Designed by CLR’s Design Director, Alissa Birch in collaboration with Melbourne-based practice, Mason Bright Architects, the palatial three storey home spans 730sqm and includes five-bedrooms, four-bathrooms, 8 car accommodation, gym area, smart home automation, Gaggenau appliances, a Subzero fridges and a spacious indoor-outdoor entertaining area. The property features a mixture of veneer and melamine cabinetry throughout with a communal fire-pit and swimming pool. 

Located at 36 Langside Street Hamilton, TORRE, meaning "tower" in Spanish, features super contemporary architecture with four-metre-high ceilings bringing in an abundance of natural light and a sense of grandeur and luxury to the property.
