This announcement coincides with the beginning of Highett Common’s $70 million Stage 1 construction, which will deliver 167 new apartments completed by late 2025. The community will be delivered in multiple stages over the next five years, which will see over 1,000 new apartments and townhouses across the 9.3 hectare masterplan by 2029.
