Leading property group Highland has unveiled two luxury coastal projects on behalf of Luxcon Group during an event at Margaret Restaurant. Aptly named ‘The Coastal Collection,’ the two brand new developments will be situated in Australia’s most iconic beachside locales - the Gold Coast and Byron Bay.

The exciting unveiling event was attended by over 150 guests and held at the award-winning Margaret Double Bay restaurant. Owned by esteemed Australian chef Neil Perry, Margaret is his first solo venture after a career spanning more than three decades.

The second Luxcon project announced is named ‘Bohemian.’ Situated on 96 Johnson Street in Byron Bay, Bohemian will sit at the heart of Byron Bay’s main strip just moments from the beach.

Bohemian will offer 44 exceptional two and three-bedroom apartments atop a 1,750 sqm lifestyle precinct complete with an array of retail shopping and an international food plaza. Crowning the residences will be a rooftop terrace including an infinity-edged swimming pool, gymnasium, and spa.

Both Escape and Bohemian are designed by the award-winning Sydney based PBD Architects. Created for premium apartment living, both builds will incorporate high-quality VZUG Swiss-made appliances and interiors by the renowned Coco Republic.

Ilya Melnikoff, Director of Luxcon Group, says that “We have worked closely with PBD Architects to evolve a design that is both sophisticated and functional, capturing the essence of true coastal luxury living.”
