Homecorp’s $250 million Cienna Varsity Ridge crowned Australia’s highest selling project

Leading Australian developer Homecorp has sold out Stage Two of its $250 million Cienna Varsity Ridge development on the Gold Coast, with the project officially named Australia’s highest-selling residential project for the June (Q3) 2025 quarter. 

According to the latest Urbis Gold Coast Apartment Essentials report, the landmark release outperformed more than 161 projects nationwide, cementing Cienna Varsity Ridge as the top-selling development across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and the Gold Coast.

The landmark release of 289 apartments hit the market in June 2025 and was met with swift demand, as buyers moved quickly to secure their slice of attainable, elevated living in one of the Gold Coast’s most sought after residential precincts.

The project struck a chord with discerning buyers seeking a low maintenance but luxe lifestyle at an accessible price point, with over 40% snapped up in its first weekend on the market.
