Azure Development Group’s new $22 million boutique residential community, The Emerson Edition, is setting a new benchmark for luxury living in Brisbane’s sought-after eastern suburbs.

Director of Azure Development Group Trent Kiernan says the homes are expected to be completed by July this year.

“We are thrilled to be inviting the local community and prospective buyers to witness the first display home for The Emerson Edition,” Kiernan says. The residence has been luxuriously styled by the award-winning interior design team at Coco Republic.

“From the extensive use of stone, timber and glass to the range of Miele appliances and jewel-inspired pendant lights, the exceptional features incorporated in these Palm Springs-inspired homes are not just rare in our market — they actually don’t exist anywhere else,” Kiernan adds.

The Emerson Edition comprises just 15 three and four bedroom terrace homes, priced from $1,102,00 to $1,695,000. Ranging from 276 sqm to an expansive 527 sqm, many of these oversized homes achieve absolute frontages to the city’s highly anticipated 18-hole championship golf course in Minnippi Parklands.

The residences come with a dedicated horticultural team to maintain the gardens so residents don’t have to lift a finger. There’s also access to Azure Living, Azure Development Group’s sister company which provides a one-stop-shop property management service for investors.

“The Emerson Edition will redefine golf course frontage living for Brisbane with only two other types of this premier offering ever released so close to the city – Indooroopilly Golf Club and St Lucia Golf Links, both of which were built several decades ago,” Kiernan explains.

Diana Howes, from Revolution Research, says the project’s unique identity and exclusivity will attract significant buyer interest.

“Through our research, we found that homes with golf course frontages increase in value at an average of 11.1 per cent per annum compared to the 6.4 per cent increase of other homes in the same region,” she explains.

This has been a driving factor for those looking to purchase a property that will grow in value over time. The project is also located just 12km south east of Brisbane’s CBD with a great selection of modern urban amenities nearby.
