GroupGSA’s modern architectural thinking marries harmoniously with Koichi Takada Architect’s naturally inspired interiors. “Our interior design draws from natural surroundings to create organically inspired spaces so that residents can reconnect with a more natural living environment,” explains Principal Koichi Takada. 

All apartments are offered with an option between two equally elegant schemes - aptly named dawn and dusk. The standard finishes within the dawn scheme include white-veined reconstituted marble, brushed nickel tapware, high-end Miele appliances as well as warm oak textures and white porcelain tiles in the bathrooms. The dusk scheme offers slate grey reconstituted stone benchtops, dusky grey oak flooring and feature mosaic finger-tile detailing within the bathrooms. Upgrades include deep-sea green marble or light vein-cut silver travertine to further elevate the lifestyles on offer. 

Lisa-Maree Carrigan, Director of GroupGSA explains that from the outside, BOND’s stunning facade design showcases “a series of slender framed elements [that] create a beautiful sculptured form which sits above the heritage and finer grain streetscape.” The unique facade also creates a point of visual intrigue from the podium level, adding to the vibrancy and ambience of life at BOND. At the podium level, select apartments have the option to upgrade their tiled and decked courtyard into lush green lawns - similar to a traditional backyard.
