Design-led developer-builder Lowe Living has unveiled Jardin House, a new residential address in Melbourne’s east that places wellness, longevity and design excellence at the forefront of apartment living.
Located at 335 Camberwell Road, Camberwell, the $275 million development marks Lowe Living’s first project within the City of Boroondara and introduces a new benchmark for wellness-led living, anchored by a private residents-only bathhouse curated in collaboration with Aurora Spa & Bathhouse.
Architecturally designed by Tristan Wong Architects, with interiors by Hecker Guthrie, landscaping by Acre, Jardin House has been imagined as a vertical neighbourhood enveloped by greenery.

Featuring two-and-three-bedroom residences that range from 92sqm to 280sqm with terraces spanning more than 100sqm to select apartments, and a coveted penthouse edition, Jardin House is a rare collection of carefully curated residences that speak to the area’s Art Deco architectural heritage.
“Being our first luxury development in the east of Melbourne, we were driven to honour the unique local heritage
and architectural references that frame the streets," said co-founder and managing director of Lowe Living, Emma Lowe.
"That’s why we’ve heroed the Art Deco-inspired curved façade and brickwork in a way that is truly representative of the suburb’s character and charm.
“Collaborating with Lyndall Mitchell from Aurora Spa & Bathhouse for a second time is an intentional nod to creating residences that are more than just homes, but a way to enrich the lives of our residents through wellness and longevity."
Inside Jardin, natural stone and timber bring a sense of everyday luxury to each residence, complemented by full-height curved windows and glass doors to balconies, sculptural stone island benches and splashbacks, Miele appliances and brushed nickel fixtures.
In select residences, considered details such as butler’s pantries and linear pendant lighting add another layer of refinement, chosen for aesthetic, function and longevity.

The penthouse collection creates even more moments for entertaining with expansive kitchens and island benches that encourage shared moments together, a two-pack timber veneer bar unit and rooftop terraces with optional in-built pools, create a unique tree-top living experience that blend serenity with effortless luxury.
“Jardin House is an important project for our team as it marks the next evolution of our portfolio into different well - established blue-chip pockets of Melbourne," said, co-founder and managing director of Lowe Living, Tim Lowe.
“Having developed boutique, luxury-led projects for over 10 years now, we continue to search for iconic sites like this one that allow us to bring that signature design and development ethos to one of Melbourne’s most established and well-loved suburbs.
“Camberwell, with its incredible walkability, family-led, neighbourhood feel and superb access to education and transport, makes it a natural choice for us so we have enjoyed taking our design process and applying it to Jardin House.
“Camberwell is a blue-chip suburb where homes regularly transact for multiple millions of dollars.
"The generational change of wealth in these locations expected in the coming years are significant so we see an opportunity to be creating exclusive residences that appeal to older families and downsizers in order to meet this demand.”

The centrepiece of Jardin House is the private, residents-only, 350sqm Bathhouse curated by Aurora Spa & Bathhouse founder, Lyndall Mitchell.
Representing as something new for Aurora, the Jardin House Bathhouse is conceived as a flowing indoor/outdoor environment, a groundbreaking evolution of the brand's philosophy of mindful living and the restorative influence of nature.
Presenting more as a private spa retreat than a resident amenity, the bathhouse is anchored by a breathtaking bookable Himalayan salt room, while the expansive foot spa area is where residents can come together and enjoy a relaxing massage experience with friends.
The experience is continued seamlessly outside into the garden or ‘Jardin’ and invites moments of stillness and longevity through the outdoor sauna, steam room, cold plunge and open-air shower.
The private Bathhouse by Aurora, creates a restorative circuit of heat, cold and fresh air, designed to stimulate circulation, encourage muscular release and restore the nervous system, while supporting lymphatic flow, forming a holistic wellness environment set within the garden landscape that inspired the name Jardin House itself.
The private amenity offering is completed with a beautiful fitness studio that includes the very latest ‘Sandstone Collection’ equipment by Technogym, that seamlessly integrates with the natural material palette of the wider residences and garden.
Residents will also enjoy a series of bookable indoor/outdoor spaces, including a refined residents lounge and private dining rooms designed for entertaining and gathering for family and friends.
Personalised concierge services and intelligent security operate seamlessly throughout, offering everyday ease and peace of mind.

Wellness-led developments are fast becoming a signature of Lowe Living, with Jardin House being the brand’s second private-wellness amenity collaboration with Aurora Spa & Bathhouse, the first of which was announced within the developer’s ‘Maison Savoy’ landmark address on the site of the former Brighton Savoy Hotel in Brighton.
However, this is the first of its kind that includes both and indoor and outdoor experience.
Jardin House is launching to the market later this month.
