Sekisui House Australia has unveiled its penthouse collection at Callista on Park, the final chapter of the $1.6 billion West Village masterplan.
The 14-storey development's sub-penthouses and penthouses span up to 350sqm, as the decade-long precinct nears completion in early 2027.
West Village project director Taku Hashimoto said Callista on Park was the last remaining opportunity to call West Village home.

“Callista on Park completes a vision more than ten years in the making, so it is only fitting that the penthouse collection is the pinnacle of that journey,” Taku said.
“Rivalling the most prestigious homes in Brisbane, each residence offers a level of scale, privacy and outlook that is unique to West Village, with stunning views along the Melbourne Street precinct and to the Brisbane city skyline.”
Designed by award-winning architecture studio Rothelowman as ‘one-of-a-kind’ residences, the four bedroom sub-penthouse and penthouses in the latest release span 350sqm of internal living space, complemented by a generous outdoor terrace.

“The luxury is in both the detail and the sheer size of these residences,” Taku said.
“This is evidenced in the grand, formal entrance to each penthouse with custom lighting, joinery and vaulted ceiling, and in the details of the herringbone timber flooring and signature natural stone elements.
“The monolithic marble island in the kitchen is a striking centerpiece, with a dedicated breakfast nook, state-of-the-art integrated appliances and butler’s pantry matching beauty with functionality.
“These are complemented by a custom wine room and large outdoor entertaining space.”
Taku said the sub-penthouses and penthouses comprise a mix of three and four-bedroom layouts with added multi-purpose rooms.
The majority of bedrooms feature their own private ensuite and walk-in robe, brought to life with premium finishes.
Each penthouse includes secure, private access and up to three parking spaces.
“Residents will have access to the building’s unique rooftop conservatory, where wildflowers will grow amongst the grassed open areas,” Taku said.

“Other premium recreational spaces include an infinity pool, spa, BBQ areas, lounge, and a private dining room with a chef’s kitchen.”
Callista on Park is being delivered by Hutchinson Builders and is on track for completion in early 2027.
The final crane was removed in late August 2026, representing a significant milestone for the multi-award-winning West Village masterplan.
“West Village has transformed heritage buildings into an energetic inner-city neighbourhood that has become a retail, dining and cultural destination in its own right,” Taku said.
“It’s home to more than 1,800 residents, 37 restaurants and retailers including a Harris Farm Markets and Woolworths, and a thriving arts and culture scene.”
With a 99/100 walk score, West Village is a stroller’s paradise located only 800m from the Brisbane CBD, close to prestigious schools, universities and hospitals, with the River Walk connecting to South Bank’s parkland precinct.
In addition to the penthouse collection at Callista on Park, two completed and ready to move in penthouses remain in Allere Uno, with layouts perfectly suited to multigenerational living.
