A luxurious Singaporean model of residential tower is due to be built in Melbourne.
Conglomerate, Hiap Hoe, believes that investing in Melbourne's docklands is a gamble and investment he is willing to endure.
Due to be the first development of its kind to launch in Australia, the dKO-designed Marina Tower will serve luxurious amenities to its residents.
The first tower is a 43-floor building, whilst a 36-storey tower will sit next to it, standing out amongst the Docklands.
The development will possess a multi-floor entertainment space reserved for residents and their guests.
The Marina Club, located in the Marina Tower, will include a private library, a state of the art business centre, a cinema, billiard table rooms, kitchens with the latest appliances, dining areas and a rooftop pool and gym that opens up on to an outside deck that has almost uninterrupted views of Melbourne's skyline.
Marina Tower is due to be completed in mid-late 2017, and will include a Four Points by Sheraton Hotel built into it - the development, thus far, will be launched in Singapore first, with pricing yet to be confirmed or announced.
Queens Domain, developed by Kangoala, a development based in one of Melbourne's most sought-after areas, Albert Park, is also designed by dKO. Queens Domain will have 238 apartments, across 20 floors - with two ultimate penthouses available to buy - each customisable to the buyer's need.
The apartments range from one, two, to three bedroom apartments worth prices starting at $389,000.
