The soft arches and bagged brickwork facade echo the neighbourhood’s unique character and historical significance. Acre’s holistic approach to landscaping creates an elegant transition space that invites you to move through the lush gardens and the floating path over a sensuous water feature before entering your new home.

Inside, BayleyWard continues the biophilic journey. Intuitive and purpose-built, the versatile, light-filled kitchen offers both indoor and outdoor cooking areas. We were inspired by the elemental qualities of water, light and landscape, which permeate the space,” says Nick Readett-Bayley of BayleyWard. 

The bedrooms and bathrooms have been envisioned as private sanctuaries, perfect for moments of mindfulness. A freestanding, circular bathtub anchors the master ensuite, backdropped by floor-to-ceiling glazing that blurs the line between indoor and outdoor.
