Designed by BYculprit and Ferro Chow Architecture, MIRA’s sculptural form responds intuitively to its setting. Curved glass wraps each level, softening the tower’s profile while framing uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean - a design gesture that mirrors the movement of the water below.

Positioned directly on the sand, MIRA occupies a rare absolute beachfront site within Northcliffe, a pocket long valued for its balance of coastal calm and connectivity.
