After 15 years of visionary urban regeneration, Barangaroo South has reached its defining moment. The waterfront precinct that transformed Sydney’s western harbourfront from an industrial container port into one of the city’s most dynamic destinations is now officially complete, and One Sydney Harbour stands as its final piece of the puzzle.
Developed by Lendlease and designed by world-renowned Pritzker Architecture Prize-winning architect Renzo Piano, One Sydney Harbour represents the final chapter of a project that has reimagined how Sydney lives, works, and connects to its iconic harbour.
“What we’ve created here is more than buildings, it's the best of placemaking, sustainability, arts and culture, and quality design,” said Tom Mackellar, CEO Development of Lendlease.
“Barangaroo South has become an integral part of Sydney that will serve our city and economy for generations.”

A precinct reborn
Since 2009, Barangaroo South has evolved into a thriving mixed-use precinct, home to more than 1,800 residents, 23,000 workers, 95 retailers and welcoming over 30,000 visitors daily. It’s a place where leading global businesses like PwC, Westpac, and KPMG sit alongside celebrated dining destinations and waterfront parklands, creating a precinct that hums with energy day and night.
With the new Barangaroo Metro station now open, residents at One Sydney Harbour not only enjoy the precinct’s vibrant amenities, but also unparalleled access to Martin Place, the Sydney CBD, and beyond.
Tom Gellibrand, chief executive of Infrastructure NSW, adds, “With the completion of Barangaroo Reserve and Barangaroo South, Sydney now enjoys a 14-kilometre continuous harbour foreshore walk from Woolloomooloo to Anzac Bridge, connecting communities and creating new ways to experience our iconic waterfront.”

One Sydney Harbour: the pinnacle of a 15-year vision
Positioned at the northern edge of the precinct, One Sydney Harbour completes the picture of Barangaroo South with three shimmering residential towers that mirror the light, water, and mineral hues of Sydney itself. Together, they bring to life Lendlease’s long-held vision to reconnect the city to its harbour.
Inside each residence, every detail has been designed to reflect the beauty of Sydney’s natural environment. Hand-cut marble, native timber, and refined finishes create a sense of calm sophistication, while expansive glazing captures natural light and frames iconic views across the Sydney Harbour, Harbour Bridge, Opera House, and city skyline.
The result is a home that feels both intimate and connected to its iconic setting – the perfect place to come home to.

More than $4 billion in sales since launch reflects the demand for homes of this calibre, including the record-breaking $141 million penthouse crowning Residences One – the highest recorded apartment sale in Australia.
Living in a sustainable legacy
Barangaroo South isn’t just Sydney’s most awarded urban renewal project, it’s also Australia’s first mixed-use carbon-neutral precinct.
Initiatives such as a recycled water treatment plant, on-site solar energy generation, a harbour-cooled district energy system, and innovative on-site waste management have made sustainability a defining feature of life at One Sydney Harbour.
For residents, this means living in a home that not only embodies timeless design but also forms part of a world-leading community recognised with a 6 Star Green Star Communities certification v0.2 by the Green Building Council of Australia.
What’s more, First Nations cultural values were embedded throughout the planning and delivery of the project. The precinct honours Barangaroo, a prominent First Nations woman, through her name. Public art, street names, and design elements across the precinct reflect and celebrate First Nations cultures and connections to Country.

The opportunity of a generation
15 years in the making, Barangaroo South has reshaped Sydney’s skyline and redefined waterfront living. With its completion, One Sydney Harbour stands as the final piece of this extraordinary transformation.
For discerning buyers, this is one of the last chances to own a piece of Barangaroo’s future, and an enduring symbol of Sydney’s evolution.
One-, two-, and three-bedroom residences are still available. Priced from $1,700,000 for a one-bedroom and one-bathroom apartment.
