Sydney developer Legacy Property has received approval to deliver No. 1 Church Lane, a rare collection of 25 penthouse-style residences in a quiet leafy pocket of North Sydney, with sales launching shortly via Ray White Projects and Lords appointed as builder.

Offering an abundance of natural light through floor-to-ceiling glazing, the development is perched in a charming village setting moments from the historic precinct of St Thomas’s Anglican Church and the community centre, home to the popular Northside Produce Markets held on the first and third Saturday of every month.

Future residents will benefit from being within an easy three-minute walk to Victoria Cross Metro Station and the wider North Sydney CBD.

Nettletontribe’s architectural vision for No. 1 Church Lane Nettletontribe director and architect Bernard Waller describes the design intent.

“As the architect, our vision was to create the calm, sophisticated home, with the generosity of a large residence expressed through refined materials to create an intimate apartment setting," said Bernard.

“The materials are subtle but sophisticated and blend into the background.

“We treated the building as a sculptural form. 

"We introduced subtle curves to soften the corners of the building, as well as sculpting the podium into the laneway to create the entry.”

Legacy Property and Ray White Projects are launching sales shortly, as registrations of interest have commenced.
