Central Equity’s Pacific One offers everything you would expect from a premium coastal development. In addition to being the ultimate beachside retreat, this Marchese Partners-designed project ensures the very best of the Gold Coast is right at your doorstep.

“It’s in that pocket, in the south of Surfers, being away from the bustling heart while also being just a short walk from the action.”

Karl Kutner, Central Equity

Surfers Paradise is the second most walkable neighbourhood in the Gold Coast, with an incredible walk score of 78 - meaning you can enjoy the sunshine as you walk to all the daily essentials.

Living at Pacific One means being just metres from the picturesque Northcliffe Beach and around halfway between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. The central location means you can enjoy the best of both cities from an enviable residential precinct, defined by its mature Norfolk Pines and relaxed environment. A 15-minute walk north will take you to the heart of Surfers Paradise, where you will find thriving nightlife and plenty of entertainment options. Take a stroll about the same distance south and enjoy Broadbeach’s delectable cafes, restaurants and laneway bars. If you’re looking to stay closer to home, you will find the renowned Northcliffe Surf Club bistro - the perfect setting for a long lunch with friends.

Additionally, you can’t go past Pacific Fair for a little retail therapy, ‘the’ retail destination offering every necessity, indulgence, and luxury under one roof. Even better, G:link has a tram stop near Pacific One with Pacific Fair and Broadbeach only three stops away.

In addition to the many urban amenities, Pacific One also enjoys proximity to the natural splendours of Surfers Paradise.

Start your day with a walk, run or cycle along the 36km of the iconic Gold Coast Oceanway. The nearby beaches are world-class, as is the Nerang River, perfect for a quiet afternoon spent fishing.

Karl Kutner, Director of Central Equity, explains that a “big factor has been where [Pacific One] sits in proximity to the beach. It is just metres away from the Northcliffe Surf Club and a patrolled part of the beach, which has proven to be an important part of a buyer’s decision.”

Historically, the local market has shown a keen interest in the location but have previously been outpriced. “Locals living in older style apartments who don’t want to leave the area have been short of options until Pacific One, so unsurprisingly, there’s been a lot of enquiry from this cohort of buyers,” Kutner comments. One-bedroom apartments at Pacific One are priced from $575,000, two-bedrooms from $745,000, and three-bedroom apartments start at $1,080,000.

Central Equity’s much-anticipated Launch Event for Pacific One will be from April 16 to 24 at the new onsite display centre. For more information, or to enquire, click here.
