People Purpose Time secures DA approval for The Prescott

Emerging developer People Purpose Time has received development approval for The Prescott, its flagship boutique development at 24-28 Middle Harbour Road, Lindfield, marking the company's entry into the Sydney property market. 

The nine-storey development will comprise 93 two, three and four-bedroom residences, including an affordable housing component reserved for essential workers.

The project has now received development approval following a State Significant Development Application lodged in May 2025, paving the way for construction of the nine-storey residential project in a leafy enclave on Sydney's Upper North Shore.

Designed by DKO Architecture with interiors by Woods Bagot, The Prescott will comprise 93 two, three and four-bedroom residences, including substantial family-scale homes and a penthouse offering, all with premium finishes.

The development features a unique host of amenities, including a residential lounge and concierge, a dedicated business centre and co working space, a private dining room and kitchen, wine cellar, library, screening and music rooms.

As well as a pool, gym, yoga space, steam room, infrared sauna and cold plunge pool, set within landscaped areas for relaxation.

Positioned on the exclusive eastern side of Lindfield, just an eight-minute walk from Lindfield Station, The Prescott also includes an affordable housing component reserved for essential workers.

This will form part of the same architectural and interior design vision as the private residences.

The approval marks a significant milestone for People Purpose Time, which was founded by Vy Hua and Anh Duong following more than 30 years of experience across international business, banking technology, finance, commerce and professional services.

Leveraging Vy Hua and Anh Duong’s commercial experience, meticulous approach to financial management, and genuine commitment to community, The Prescott will be the first project realised from the company’s pipeline of landholdings across Sydney.

The company also owns development sites in Killara, Canterbury and Hurlstone Park, which will be developed progressively.

“Securing development approval means we can now get to work on delivering that vision and at the same time, set a standard for everything that follows in our pipeline across Sydney.”
