Renowned luxury developer Graya is making ripples with their first foray into the Gold Coast property market. Their brand new Palm Beach project is aptly named Ripple, Palm Beach.
Fresh off their success with recently completed projects Maison New Farm and sold-out Canvas Bulimba, brothers Andrew and Rob Gray of Graya seek to add to their catalogue of lucrative projects by lodging a development approval on the booming Gold Coast.
The 1,730 sqm site is one of the best undeveloped beachfront sites left on the Gold Coast. Situated on 2 Palm Beach Avenue, the property boasts 45 metres of absolute beachfront frontage and direct access to one of Queensland’s most pristine beaches.
The proposed development, designed by award-winning Plus Architecture, is named Ripple after the site’s close connection to Palm Beach’s rippling waves. Thus, the coast has significantly influenced its design, with the building’s façade encompassing wave-like features.
Ripple will comprise 17 apartment residences and an exclusive two-storey beach house on its ground level.
In partnership with close friend Mike Walsh, the Graya team actually purchased two of the eight units on the site one year ago. Already looking ahead, they had plans to transform the site into one of Palm Beach’s most iconic developments.
"We have been working collaboratively with the other unit owners over the last 12 months, and we all share a strong and united vision to deliver one of Palm Beach's most desirable new addresses," said Rob Gray of Graya.
Sharing Mr Gray’s sentiments, Mike Walsh further asserts the site’s standout qualities. Mr Walsh emphasises just how much care and thought must go into the project to execute a development of the highest calibre and do the site justice.
"The irreplaceable attributes of this site cannot be replaced or replicated when you combine its expansive frontage, which will ensure panoramic views, with its absolute beachfront position,” explains Mr Walsh. “It is truly one of a kind. The rarity of this site cannot be overstated and warrants an iconic project.”
