Sherpa Group unveils first glimpse of Flourish Amargo penthouses as project reaches 85% sold

Sherpa Group has offered a first look inside the exclusive penthouse collection crowning its $191 million Flourish Amargo development in Palm Beach, unveiling just four luxury residences as the project surpasses 85 per cent sold. 

With one penthouse already secured ahead of launch, the limited release underscores strong demand for high-end, design-led coastal living in one of the Gold Coast’s most tightly held beachside enclaves.

Located at 6-12 Sixth Avenue, the penthouses will crown Amargo, which will rise 18 levels, offering a diverse product mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, attracting a wide demographic of buyers.
