Martin Rise is the vision of the Melbourne-based architecture and interior design studio, Splinter Society, in collaboration with industry-leading landscape architect, John Patrick. The silhouette of the building explores rooftop asymmetry in reference to the surrounding heritage houses in the bluechip Camberwell suburb.

“This collection of homes has been designed to capture the essence of Camberwell’s most stately brick homes, and combine it with a modern elegance and sophistication to match the best of Melbourne’s contemporary design,” says Chris Stanley, Director of Splinter Society.

Throughout your Martin Rise home, you’ll find extensive use of durable materials including brick, timber, and concrete. This materiality makes for sophisticated interiors, that nod to mid-century design motifs. Full-height, double-glazed windows bathe your open-plan living area in natural light, relating beautifully with high-end finishes such as marble throughout the kitchen. Your kitchen also boasts premium Miele appliances.

Living areas feature exquisite timber floorboards throughout in addition to an ambient electric fireplace, stone joinery, and seamless storage integrations. Ducted heating and cooling is integrated across all living areas, and purchasers can customise their home with either a light or dark colour palette for their kitchen and bathrooms.

Bedrooms at Martin Rise boast sumptuous, 100% wool carpets. The master suite includes a walk-in robe and a master ensuite expressed in a curved design with floor-to-ceiling bespoke tiling, gunmetal tapware, and further luxury marble materiality.
