Spyre files plans for one of Bulimba's final riverside sites

Brisbane-based luxury property developer Spyre has lodged a development application (DA) for an exclusive collection of 15 boutique apartments at 3-9 Byron Street in Bulimba – one of Brisbane’s most coveted inner-city suburbs.

Positioned on one of the last remaining riverside sites in the locale, the project adds to Spyre’s legacy of creating Brisbane’s most desirable residences, having developed over $850 million worth of developments.
