Stage one of Azure’s Oakmont development sells out ahead of final release

Leading Queensland developer Azure has reached a significant milestone, achieving a complete sell-out of Stage One at its $72 million Oakmont community in Brookwater, underscoring strong demand for premium, golf-front living. 

The result highlights continued momentum across Azure’s portfolio and sets the stage for the launch of the final and most exclusive release at Oakmont, scheduled for mid-2026.

Of the 61 residences planned for Oakmont, Stage One has now fully sold, with attention turning to the final and most exclusive release, scheduled to launch in mid-2026.

Positioned on the eighth hole of the Greg Norman-designed Brookwater Golf Course, Oakmont has been designed to reflect the character of the Brookwater community.
