Stonepine House is an exciting new project that marks the latest chapter of luxury living in Melbourne's historic Moonee Ponds. Designed by Melbourne-based Rothelowman architects and the award-winning interiros team at Carr, Stonepine House is the next evolution of the Moonee Valley Park precinct delivered by Hamton in partnership with Hostplus and Moonee Valley Racing Club.

In the second, and final, release of Stonepine House apartments, a collection of new one, two, and three-bedroom designs are being offered to the market. These re-conceptualised designs are the developer, Hamton's, response to early interest in Stonepine House, particularly in the larger residences. Astute first home buyers, downsizers, and investors will likely find excellent value in these brilliantly designed new apartments.

Until July 30, purchasers can secure a Moonee Valley Park Grant of up to $20,000 with their Stonepine House home. Terms and conditions apply.

The final release of Stonepine House dwellings unveils revised designs in response to robust demand for larger Stonepine House offerings.

“What we've found is that there's been huge demand for the larger three-bedroom product — we were just about sold out of the these. So, we’ve gone back to the drawing board to create a further selection of larger homes,” says Fergus Humphries, Sales and Marketing Director at Hamton.

This popularity highlights the appeal of Rothelowman and Carr’s elegant designs for Stonepine House, and the value of Moonee Valley Park’s location. Stonepine House is surrounded by twenty hectares of lush green space, creating a range of outdoor lifestyle possibilities just six kilometres from the Melbourne CBD.

Stonepine House homes feature stone benchtops, timber flooring, wool-blend carpet in bedrooms, energy-efficient air conditioning and heating, and welcome zones for residents.

Some apartments enjoy unobstructed western-facing views over Moonee Ponds, and others capture stunning views over Stonepine Square. Grand Residence dwellings at Stonepine House boast natural stone upgrades, Miele appliances, and exquisite bar cabinetry. Some of these luxurious dwellings also include a butler’s pantry.
