Developers Chapter Two and Kingbella have partnered once again to create a masterful project on the Gold Coast that is The Eden Collection, Tugun.

Situated within the quiet, leafy Tugun, Eden is a luxurious collection of only five exclusive beach villas with a choice of three or four bedroom arrangements. Designed for indulgent coastal living, these generously-sized townhouses are the perfect beachside haven.

The expertly designed bedrooms of Eden boasts comfort and luxury.

The Eden Collection is situated in a quality location, on the southern end of the Gold Coast.

Nicholas Clydsdale, Senior Director of CBRE Residential Projects, says that, “New development sites in quality locations are more and more difficult to come by. The tranquil location of Eden, fronting north over a stunning natural reserve is a dream location for a southern Gold Coast buyer.”

KnightFrank positions the Gold Coast as Australia’s best performing city in prime residential price growth in a report on global major cities. Evidently, buyers remain optimistic and enthusiastic about the Gold Coast’s property market.

“It is extremely rare for a new development to occur in this tightly held beachside enclave,” said Mr. Clydsdale. “Yet the buyer demand is continuing to increase on the back of burgeoning population growth.”

With heightening demand for homes in the Gold Coast, housing prices grew almost four times as expected during 2021. Property reports reveal that the Gold Coast’s median house price is nearing $1 million, prompting buyers to look towards luxury townhomes for their next purchase.

Chapter Two and Kingbella expertly cater to this demand with the release of The Eden Collection, further proving that luxury townhouses on the Gold Coast are still on the rise.

“We are seeing more and more owners looking to enter the Tugun market who want high-quality, low maintenance living, without having to compromise on space or privacy,” Mr. Clydsdale says. “The Eden Collection caters for this large portion of buyers who are looking to secure their own piece of Tugun for generations to come.”
