A stone’s throw from the CBD, Melbourne’s Docklands precinct has transformed in recent years from a bustling industrial port to a modern urban neighbourhood. With its sleek high-rise apartments and proximity to Collins Street, the riverfront precinct is fast becoming the destination for homebuyers seeking the ultimate metropolitan lifestyle.

Enter Trielle – the latest in luxury apartment living from Mirvac.

Trielle can be found nestled into a quiet stretch of north-facing riverfront in the Yarra’s Edge precinct. This exclusive location ensures residents can savour the vibrant pulse of city life while revelling in the sanctuary of waterfront living – an enviable combination for many homeowners.

Carefully designed with your wellness in mind and located at the heart of Trielle’s community is The Oasis – an urban rainforest sanctuary. Sitting seven storeys above the promenade, The Oasis takes a cue from Scandinavian culture by bringing wellness offerings straight to your home. Residents can indulge in treatments like facials, massage, and hydrotherapy all in a private and exclusive wellness club setting.

Mirvac’s award-winning design team partnered with Australia’s leading luxury spa guru and Spa Sessions Founder, Naomi Gregory (renowned for award-winning spa retreats like Aurora Spa and Bath House and QT Hotels) to create The Oasis.

“Trielle’s amenity is focused on making time for wellness,” said Mirvac’s Design Director Michael Wiener. “The level of luxury and amenity is unprecedented, with a particular focus on celebrating life’s most precious commodity – time – freeing residents up to make time for what matters most, their health and wellbeing.”

With a relaxing stream trickling through its centre, the exclusive wellness club features a 25-metre heated lap pool, day spa treatment rooms, sauna and spa, cold-pail contrast treatment, a hot magnesium pool, a Yoga and Pilates room, biophilic gym, and tranquillity pods nestled throughout a rainforest setting.

The Oasis is a reprieve from the outside world, says Spa Sessions Founder Naomi Gregory.

“Taking care of yourself is now considered essential, rather than an indulgence, and we expect the Oasis Retreat at Trielle to be a key drawcard for future residents. With a growing number of people embracing the “prevention is better than cure” philosophy and making conscious choices to preserve and enhance their health and vitality, the Trielle wellness experience will help enrich the lives of residents.”

“The Oasis draws inspiration from Trielle’s broader vision of cultivating more of life’s most precious commodity – time. We were focused on helping residents fulfil their wellness and lifestyle goals which was going to take more than a gym and a pool. We wanted to create a floor dedicated to this, where they could spend half an hour or an entire afternoon.”

If spa sessions aren’t enough, Trielle boasts alternative amenities including a resident library with business class work pods, dedicated office spaces, a piano lounge with adjoining chef’s kitchen dining room, golf simulator, and a cinema room. There truly is something for everyone.

From the streetscape, the building’s façade has been designed to mimic shimmering water – a nod to the nearby Yarra River.

“With breathtaking north-facing views across the river – Trielle sits in the dress circle of Melbourne’s waterfront,” said Mirvac’s Design Director Michael Wiener. “Marina YE, Fishermans Bend, Port Phillip Bay – this is Melbourne’s future and Trielle is a central figure.”

But what is beauty without substance? Thankfully, Trielle has been created with sustainability in mind too. The fully electric tower will embrace innovative sustainable solutions such as solar power, rainwater tanks, EV fast chargers supplied in the car park, and bookable E-bikes to preserve the local environment.

With fewer apartments per floor, Trielle features some of the largest apartments at Yarra’s Edge. A decision that was made with intent, says Wiener.

Reminiscent of a luxury hotel, the tower’s capacious apartments boast high ceilings, faceted stone benchtops with soft LED lighting, premium appliances ranging from Miele to Gaggenau and Wolf, metallic and glass accents to echo the exterior design, and custom-designed jewel-like basins and bath by Apaiser.

If you prefer dining out to staying in, Trielle has you covered. Trielle’s central location means that a variety of dining, entertainment and cultural options are moments away. Stroll along the promenade towards Melbourne’s Southbank dining precinct to enjoy a feast at one of the many bustling restaurants and witness Crown Melbourne’s fire show along the banks of the Yarra River. Sporting enthusiasts are also catered for, simply take the Webb Bridge to the opposite side of the river and make the short journey to Marvel Stadium to catch the latest AFL game in action.

Trielle combines urban living, luxury design, and unparalleled amenities to create a calm space that feels removed from the bustle of inner-city life, while remaining at the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.
