Villea hits new heights as construction tops out by the beach

Construction has officially topped out at Villea Palm Beach, Abadeen’s $120 million coastal address just 400 metres from the shoreline. 

Now entering its final delivery stages ahead of a 2026 completion, the project brings 69 residences to the heart of Palm Beach - combining sweeping views, walkable amenity and resort-style living in one of the Gold Coast’s most tightly held beachfront suburbs.

Abadeen’s executive chairman and founder, Justin Brown, said topping out at Villea represented an exciting step forward for the company’s national growth and the delivery of a benchmark coastal development.
