Joint venture developers, Abadeen and PERIFA along with their partners Phoenix Property Investors and Mitsubishi Estate Asia have secured $40 million in sales at the launch of the exciting next residential stage, Waterview Terraces, at their $350 million Putney Wharf Residences mixed-use harbourfront development today.
