Within a few short years, Westwood Walk - launched in 2017 - has become a well-known residential estate success story. Since the launch of the estate, the Westwood team has assisted over 500 purchasers turn their aspirations of buying a property into a reality; with the purchasers now calling Westwood home.

In April, the Westwood development team officially unveiled Westwood Place - a significant extension to the original master-planned community. Building on the success of Westwood Walk, the second precinct sought to further add to the diversity of land and home offerings for those looking to enter the property market.

Combined, Westwood Walk and Westwood Place now make up the largest master-planned development in the Fraser Rise area, boasting 1,600 lots of mixed residential land and townhomes sprawling over 103.45ha. As a whole, the development offers residents a lifestyle of connections, convenience and choice. With key green features planned throughout the estate and neighbouring amenities, Westwood provides unparalleled lifestyle prospects for those looking to put down roots in Melbourne’s fast-growing West.

April not only saw the anticipated grand launch of Westwood Place, but it also offered the first land release with a selection of land lots ranging from 212sqm to 375sqm. While these lots are slightly more compact compared to the nearby Westwood Walk lots, they offer a more affordable option for purchasers. “Our aim is to help locals and young families realise their vision of building their own homes,” comments the Westwood development team.

They continue, “throughout Westwood Place, we want to alleviate uncertainties for those entering the property market. We’ve taken exceptional care to offer a seamless homeownership journey.” In partnership with some of Australia’s most reputable builders, Westwood Place now offers an affordable range of architecturally designed three and four-bedroom townhomes. Six of these homes have already been sold - indicating the levels of interest this release is experiencing.
