Zephyr Group Qld has today announced the submission of a minor-change application for Palais Bulimba, a visionary riverfront development in the Brisbane suburb of Bulimba.

Joe Adsett, renowned for his innovative and elegant architectural style, has meticulously crafted this building to maximise the proximity to the unique riverside location, providing residents with unparalleled views and a seamless connection to the natural surroundings.
Joe and his team will be designing, project managing, and selling the development in partnership with developer Zephyr Group Qld, who will also build the project internally through their building division Zephyr Build.
The project will comprise 13 apartments across two buildings, each offering expansive living areas, state-of-the-art kitchens, and premium fixtures and fittings.
