As Australia’s oldest private property developer, Lewis Land has developed more than 20,000 residential projects along Australia's coastline.

Founded in 1957, the Sydney-based developer was amongst the first to offer small lot subdivisions to Australian home buyers. They also pioneered outdoor outlet shopping, with their Harbour Town Premium Outlet developments in the Gold Coast and Adelaide offering an open-air shopping experience with premium brands. 

In the 1980s, Lewis Land was the first to develop waterfront canal and inland island developments. Now, they have recently unveiled plans for Harbour Shores – their $1.5 billion masterplanned community, set to provide homes for more than 4,500 residents on a Gold Coast waterfront site.
