Located in the bustling inner-city suburb of Erskineville, Park Sydney will deliver up to 1,400 premium apartments.

Park Sydney is a transformational urban renewal project that is being developed by Greenland Australia in conjunction with joint venture partner Golden Horse Australia, with construction commencing in 2018.

Located in Sydney's inner west suburb of Erskineville, Park Sydney will ultimately consist of up to 1,400 premium apartments across nine low-rise blocks ranging in height from two to eight storeys.

Encompassing 6.9 hectares, the project will revitalise the former light industrial site between Ashmore Road and Coulson Street. Park Sydney also incorporates Erskineville’s extensive heritage into the design and will build upon the eclectic and vibrant eastern Erskineville community. Upon completion, it will form part of the larger Ashmore Precinct urban renewal project.

Park Sydney residents will experience integrated living, with apartments, retail outlets and other lifestyle amenity, including a mini-major supermarket; specialty and convenience retail; a dedicated dining strip; an onsite childcare centre; BBQ facilities, amphitheatres, playgrounds, walkways and cycleways; and the 7,446sqm McPherson Park at the heart of the development.

Stage One, featuring 330 distinctive and modern apartments, is currently under construction, with completion scheduled for the end of 2020.
