Timberlake and Biel made a substantial profit on the property, having paid $20.2 million for the spacious condo in May 2017. It’s not clear whether there were any renovations or redesigns completed on the apartment during the time the couple owned it, as the penthouse was never publicly listed for sale.

443 Greenwich Street is home to a number of famous celebrities, including Jennifer Lawrence, Harry Styles, Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively and Jake Gyllenhaal. The building was originally a book-binding factory, but has now been transformed into 53 luxury residences.

Timberlake and Biel’s recently sold penthouse is one of eight in the building. At approximately 500sqm it features four bedrooms and six bathrooms. The apartment has high ceilings that create a sense of boundless space. With large windows and terraces, this prestigious penthouse is a far cry from the typically tiny New York apartment. The space available in the condo is accentuated by an internal staircase that leads to a private terrace on the upper level.

The penthouse is open plan, fostering a sense of connection in the home and allowing light to flow through seamlessly. The spacious condo also appears to be perfect for entertaining, with a grand fireplace adding a cozy atmosphere that is ideal for winter months. Attention to detail is something this former industrial building is known for, with bookmatched Calacatta marble in apartment bathrooms and original pine beams from the original building.

The communal amenities at 443 Greenwich Street offer a sense of convenience that is unparalleled in many New York apartment buildings. The serene greenery of the courtyard offers an open outdoor space for residents to spend their time, offering a nice break from the concrete jungle that is New York City.

Timberlake and Biel have also listed their Hollywood Hills home in Los Angeles for $35 million. They continue to own a property in Tennessee and at Montana’s exclusive Yellowstone Club.
