25 Smith Street is a new boutique apartment development in Fitzroy and has recently received planning approval for 23 apartments. 18 of these generously sized apartments will be taken to market.

This project has been developed by Urban, with esteemed architects Clare Cousins Architects at the helm of the design. The renowned designers of this beautiful new project will work collaboratively with purchasers to ensure that each home is purpose-built.

This is a truly couture property, with exquisite design and location in one exclusive project.

The project fronts Little Smith St, allowing for views of the Dandenong Ranges and Melbourne’s city skyline across all eight levels of the project. With external terraces also featured on each of the building’s three facades, residents will experience home-sized living options.

Five two-bedroom apartments and thirteen three-bedroom apartments are available, including one penthouse and two full-floor apartments. Purchasers do have the opportunity to combine dwellings as well, which will allow for the creation of two more full-floor apartments.

Located in popular Fitzroy, residents will experience all the amenities of Smith Street and the nearby Gertrude Street, where you can find the incredible Marion Wine Bar, Cutler & Co, and Tamura Sake Bar. The project is also conveniently close to the parks and green spaces of East Melbourne.

Regarding the project’s prime position, Urban Director Bart O’Callaghan said, "We deliver homes for people that appreciate design, art, culture, and quality”.

The gross realisation of 25 Smith Street is $44 million, with prices ranging from $890k to $6 million. Apartment sizes range from 91 sqm to 390 sqm.

With planning approval now received, 25 Smith Street will be delivered by a team of true experts. Clare Cousins Architects has recently been awarded ‘The Premier Award for Interior Design’ by the Australian Interior Design Awards (AIDA). They’ve previously designed retail stores for Aesop around the globe.

The form of 25 Smith Street is expressed in a sculptural precast concrete exposed aggregate form. The primary focus of each apartment will be the core amenities like natural light and cross ventilation.

Urban, the developer behind the project, has a strong reputation based on its ability to bring the best service to clients of all development sizes.
