25 Smith Street receives planning approval

25 Smith Street is a new boutique apartment development in Fitzroy and has recently received planning approval for 23 apartments. 18 of these generously sized apartments will be taken to market. 

This project has been developed by Urban, with esteemed architects Clare Cousins Architects at the helm of the design. The renowned designers of this beautiful new project will work collaboratively with purchasers to ensure that each home is purpose-built.

They’ve previously designed retail stores for Aesop around the globe. 

The form of 25 Smith Street is expressed in a sculptural precast concrete exposed aggregate form. The primary focus of each apartment will be the core amenities like natural light and cross ventilation.
