Since launching in January, The Eveleigh has passed $100 million in sales and is now 70% sold. With construction underway at 7-9 Surf Parade, Broadbeach, Hirsch & Faigen has appointed MAXCON Constructions to deliver the $240 million development, on track to be its fourth sell-out on the Gold Coast in five years.
The numbers behind the build
The delivery timeline is already set for The Eveleigh.
“Our relationship with MAXCON spans more than two decades, built on a foundation of trust and a shared commitment to quality,” said Daniel Faigen, director at Hirsch & Faigen.
“We have every confidence in their ability to deliver The Eveleigh to the highest standards of craftsmanship and within the anticipated timeframe.”
“Hirsch and Faigen has delivered more than $700 million across three projects on the Gold Coast in the last four years, selling these projects out very quickly,” said Matt George, sales director at national agency Urban Activation.
“We were confident when we launched in January that there was continued underlying strength in a Gold Coast market constrained by supply and being delivered by developers with a proven track record and with an established builder.”

Four to a floor
There are 94 residences at The Eveleigh, and only four apartments on a typical floor. That means greater privacy and a more intimate feel than larger high-density developments can offer.
What’s more, the outlook is protected. Views of the Pacific Ocean are joined by sweeping city and hinterland outlooks, from a position moments from Kurrawa Beach and the Gold Coast’s iconic coastline.

A sculptural landmark by Rothelowman
Rothelowman has designed The Eveleigh as a sculptural landmark that responds to its coastal setting. Strong geometric detailing and carefully considered materiality give the façade depth as the light changes through the day.
A refined, warm coastal palette sets it apart from glass-dominated towers, while lush subtropical landscaping softens the building and ties it to its surroundings.

“With The Eveleigh, our vision was to create something truly special in the heart of Broadbeach - a development that brings together exceptional architecture, thoughtful design, and an enviable coastal lifestyle,” said Richard Hirsch, director at Hirsch & Faigen.
“We believe true luxury goes beyond finishes and amenities. It’s about creating beautiful, functional homes in locations that people genuinely aspire to live in, with an emphasis on quality, privacy, and enduring appeal.
“The Eveleigh reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering residences that not only meet the expectations of today’s discerning purchasers, but remain desirable for generations to come.”
Inside the residences
Catering to a wide range of lifestyles, each home’s floor plan is generous, highly functional, and suited to permanent living. For example, the three-bedroom homes begin at 135 sqm, with the largest reaching an expansive 232 sqm.
Full-height glazing floods the interiors with natural light and frames the protected ocean views. Architecturally considered bay windows capture panoramic coastal outlooks.
Open-plan living and dining spaces suit everyday comfort and entertaining, and connect seamlessly to private outdoor areas.

Selected flexible spaces can become a home office, an additional living area, or guest accommodation, and integrated cabinetry and storage keep everything in its place.
Overall, the residences beautifully merge the sophistication of a premium apartment with the comfort and usability of a traditional home.
Natural textures, warm timber tones, and elegant stone define the interiors. Kitchens centre on sculptural stone island benches and premium stone surfaces, with high-quality Miele appliances and custom integrated joinery and cabinetry.

Wellness on the podium, entertaining at the top
The Eveleigh is designed as a private resort-style retreat, with wellness, landscaping, architecture, and entertaining woven together.
On the podium, a landscaped swimming pool and sun terrace sit alongside a private gymnasium and dedicated wellness facilities, including a sauna, spa, and cold plunge.

Arrive home to a yoga garden surrounded by lush subtropical planting, with relaxation pavilions and landscaped communal spaces close by. A bonus for residents is the dedicated children’s play area, ensuring all members of the family are catered to.
Higher up, a rooftop pavilion looks out over the ocean, city, and hinterland. The rooftop lounge, dining, and entertaining areas share the same panoramic outlook.

Surf, shops, and light rail
The Eveleigh sits in one of the Gold Coast’s most established and sought-after lifestyle precincts. Broadbeach’s renowned restaurant, café, and bar precincts are within walking distance. Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is also close by, along with The Star Gold Coast and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The G:link light rail network connects the coastal corridor, and established retail, recreational, wellness, and entertainment amenities surround the site.
The combination of coastal lifestyle and urban convenience, with protected ocean outlooks, makes The Eveleigh the idyllic retreat for the long term. Now, only a limited number of residences remain.
Stunning three-bedroom residences with ocean views begin at $2.87 million, ranging up to $5.7 million for an exclusive north-facing, three-bedroom home.
