5Point Projects, a leading Queensland developer and builder, has officially launched its $80M Palm Shores residences at Palm Beach on the Gold Coast.

Palm Shores is set to continue 5Point’s stellar reputation, following the success of Ophira, another of 5Point’s absolute beachfront developments currently under construction in Jefferson Lane Palm Beach.

Palm Shores, which will feature 16 luxury apartments over nine levels and two beach homes, will underscore 5Point’s dedication to meeting the rising demand for luxury beachfront residences in Palm Beach.

Situated at the prestigious address of 171-173 Jefferson Lane, the 824 sqm site boasts a rare 20 metres of absolute beach frontage.

“Palm Beach is renowned as one of the most desirable beachfront locations on the Gold Coast, and Palm Shores will exemplify our commitment to delivering the epitome of coastal living for discerning buyers,” said Damian Dove, director of 5Point.

In collaboration with award-winning Plus-Architects, Palm Shores will feature six floors which will boast two three-bedroom apartments with north-south facing orientations.

Palm Shores will also include two premium beach homes, comprising four bedrooms and spanning two levels on the ground and first floor. These homes will feature private pools and grassed yards, providing direct beach access and a serene retreat for residents.

The crown jewel of Palm Shores will be two ultra-luxury penthouses spanning two storeys, each boasting rooftop amenities such as a pool, barbecue and entertaining area, perfect for hosting guests. Every residence within Palm Shores will feature meticulously designed interiors with high-end finishes, including natural stone walls in wet areas, including all kitchen, bathroom and laundry bench tops.

Timber floors will also enhance the hallways, kitchen, living and dining, complemented with natural wool carpets in the bedrooms. Additionally, high-end touches, including Gaggenau appliances and Brushed Bronze sanitary fittings, will be seen throughout the project to ensure every aspect of Palm Shores radiates high-quality luxury.

Palm Shores is set to enhance beachfront living with its premium ground-floor facilities available to all residents. These include hot and cold pools, a sauna, a barbecue, an entertaining zone and dedicated toilet and shower facilities, ensuring an unparalleled beachfront living experience.

“We have designed Palm Shores to embody the pinnacle of luxury and exclusivity whilst seamlessly integrating the relaxed and easy-going lifestyle of Palm Beach,” said Damian.

“We want Palm Shores to capitalize on its prime beachfront location. Given the rarity of the site, we have designed these facilities to really enhance the beachfront living experience.

“We are passionate about creating spaces that resonate with the unique essence of Palm Beach while meeting the evolving needs of modern living.”

Construction on Palm Shores is set to begin January 2024 with completion anticipated for October 2026.
