Beach living made better with Sherpa Property Group’s new project

Sherpa Property Group’s 12th residential apartment project in the Gold Coast ‘hotspot’ of Palm Beach will herald another step in the company’s quest for perfection when it comes to maximising liveability, luxury and comfort.

Perspective Nexus, a collection of 35 luxury apartments, arrives hot on the heels of the success of the company’s recently completed Perspective on Albatross at Mermaid Beach Located at 949-953 Gold Coast Highway, Palm Beach, spanning 1,583 square metres, the $65 million, nine-storey project is set to offer breathtaking views overlooking the beautiful Palm Beach Parkland.

In designing Perspective Nexus, Sherpa Property Group has enlisted HAL architects to deliver a premium collection of 35 spacious apartments. These range from two-, three-, and four-bedrooms, including two half-floor penthouses and three two-storey Sky Homes with private rooftops priced from $1,745,000.

Perspective Nexus will feature 79 car parks for both residents and visitors, including electric car charging stations, individual apartment storage, a car wash bay, parcel delivery storage, cold storage and more.

Notably, Perspective Nexus revolutionises beach living by providing outdoor showers and a dog-wash area, catering to locals seeking to downsize and enjoy the beach life just a stone’s throw away from some of the best beach-side cafés and restaurants.

Residents will have the opportunity to relax and unwind with access to the resort-like amenities including the wellness centre, featuring a magnesium spa, sauna and steam room, with internal stairs leading down to the resident’s exclusive recreational area.

Sherpa Property Group have appointed LPS Group as the project builder and has already commenced construction on Perspective Nexus. With 80% of apartments already sold, the project is scheduled for completion in Q3 2025.
