Brisbane-based architect-developer Joe Adsett has officially commenced construction on their Sunshine Coast development, Lagune Moffat Beach, with Noosa-based boutique luxury construction group Archend.

The five-storey development boasts a rare oceanfront site at 20 Queen of Colonies Parade, Moffat Beach, offering a distinctive collection of only five full-floor skyhomes. With buyers recognising Lagune as a coveted opportunity, only two residences remain.

Positioned above the sprawling cliffs of Moffat Beach, the premium oceanfront development sits on a north-facing 638 sqm lot along Queens of Colonies Parade, showcasing panoramic views across Moffat Beach to Point Cartwright.

Developed and designed by national-award-winning firm Joe Adsett Architects, Lagune will comprise just five luxurious full-floor residences, two lap pools, outdoor showers, full-height glazing, and sweeping ocean views.

Joe Adsett, Director of Joe Adsett Architects, said, “Lagune Moffat Beach showcases a huge milestone for the Joe Adsett team as we continue to deliver our signature sub-tropical modernist architectural approach to beachfront apartment living.”

The façade’s sweeping wave form arcs embrace the residences, boldly framing coastline views and tastefully linking the building to its natural surroundings. Each home features well-proportioned spaces intuitively arranged to maximise cross-flow, natural light, and functionality.

Ranging from 294 sqm, each full-floor apartment will comprise four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a central courtyard, direct lift access, and two car parking spaces.

Drawing inspiration from the natural elements of the coastline and local flora, the luxury residences create an everlasting connection between the residents, the environment, and the community.

“The uniqueness of the location is all to do with the natural beauty that’s afforded by a north-facing beach where you get these rocky outcrops, beautiful headlands, and great surfing breaks,” said Adsett.

Located directly opposite the ocean, residents are placed within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and a myriad of natural beauties.
