Construction nears completion on Central Equity’s FOCUS Melbourne residential tower

Central Equity’s eagerly awaited FOCUS Melbourne tower in the heart of Southbank is nearly complete, and will be ready to move in from November. 

The 50-level residential building is comprised of 590 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses from a renowned architectural and design team.

Construction was delivered by Tier 1 builder, Multiplex – the same company behind the construction of Central Equity’s multi-award-winning Southbank Place project. Southbank Place won both the 2019 HIA Victoria Apartment Complex and UDIA Victoria High Density (above 10 storeys) awards.
