Waterfall by Crown Group was the joint winner of the 2021 Lord Mayor’s Award at the 2021 NSW Architecture Awards. The NSW Architecture Awards are presented each year by the Australian Institute of Architects. These awards recognise innovative architectural work in Australia and internationally. The Australian Institute of Architects describes Waterfall as “an exemplar of how residential development is the key to the creation and dedication of a valuable public domain that will be enjoyed by the public for generations to come”.
