Award-winning Brisbane-based developer GRAYA has announced their latest Gold Coast project, Kloud Palm Beach.
Located on the prestigious Jefferson Lane, Kloud will be the developer’s second multi-residential project coming to the high-performing Palm Beach locale, and one of their four upcoming developments arriving on the Gold Coast.
Rob Gray, Co-Managing Director of GRAYA, said, "We're looking forward to bringing our award-winning track record to the Gold Coast and showcasing our innovative design and construction capabilities. As with all our builds, no expense has been spared with a view to set a new benchmark in beachside luxury living.”
Designed and built by GRAYA, Kloud will offer a luxurious collection of two, three, and four-bedroom sky homes.
Andrew Gray, Co-Managing Director of GRAYA, explained that “We opted for the name Kloud as it reflects our vision to bring sky homes that float above the horizon, with long views along the beach to Burleigh Headland in the North and Currumbin Headland to the South.”
“When selecting a site, we look closely at all of the fundamentals - demand, future infrastructure investment, and lifestyle,” said Rob Gray, Managing Director of GRAYA. “After carefully assessing these criteria, it was a no-brainer when selecting Palm Beach as the ideal location for our next multi-residential development. We obviously love Palm Beach, given one of our other developments, Ripple, will be located just up the road on the beachfront.”
The Gold Coast has emerged as one of Australia’s best-performing real estate markets, catching the attention of interstate and international buyers seeking the idyllic beachside and city lifestyle. With continued demand, the opportunity for growth and further development are evidently unrivalled.
Having found continued success in the Brisbane market, GRAYA has astutely recognised these opportunities for growth in the Gold Coast market with an already strong pipeline of four upcoming developments in Mermaid Beach, Burleigh Heads, and Palm Beach.
“The Gold Coast is synonymous with beaches, great weather, and a strong sense of community,” said Andrew.
“Palm Beach has evolved to be the lifestyle capital of the Gold Coast, with some of the coast's best cafes, bars, and restaurants in the precinct, and of course, easy access to one of Queensland's best beaches,” continued Rob.
“We're looking forward to showcasing our first Gold Coast multi-residential development, Kloud, and everything it offers,” said Andrew.
