One Global Residences, a brand new luxury property development and hotel company by Crown Group’s Iwan Sunito, is delivering a low-rise residential and lifestyle precinct in the thriving Sydney suburb of Waterloo.

Set to be Australia’s first curated Japan town, One Mastery will comprise two luxury residential buildings and two boutique hotels enveloped in a Japanese-themed retail village.

Highly awarded Koichi Takada Architects and internationally renowned Silvester Fuller are onboard to design the project.

The first building of One Mastery to be completed will be EBISU.  The residential development is named after the Japanese mythology of Shichi-fuku-jin which translates to the “Seven Gods of Luck” and is known as the patron of fishermen and tradesmen. The name is a nod to the retail and dining precinct that will connect all buildings at One Mastery on the ground level.

EBISU will comprise 93 apartments of three bedroom configurations across eight storeys. These homes boast the largest living layouts of the residential buildings at One Mastery, making them ideal for growing families and downsizers alike.

With many of the apartments at EBISU featuring a rare dual aspect that allows natural light and air flow in from both sides of the apartment, these residences are optimised for energy savings and efficiency.

Residents of EBISU will be able to enjoy a Japanese-inspired zen garden complete with a reflective pool on the ground floor, as well as a landscaped rooftop garden with BBQ facilities perfect for entertaining.

One Mastery will be serviced by a 2,400 sqm lifestyle precinct featuring 27 retail outlets that include an array of Japanese restaurants, cafes, and stores.

Designed to be experienced as a Japanese ‘culinary journey’, residents and visitors can follow quaint and tranquil laneways that weave through the complex, seamlessly connecting all buildings. Find a range of Japanese oriented dining, retail stores, and hospitality venues showcased in a stylish and coherent design never before seen in Australia.

One Mastery is One Global Residences’ first development to be delivered. Launched by Iwan Sunito, co-founder and chairman of the highly regarded Crown Group, the luxury development company aims to provide mixed-use developments with premium hospitality services and facilities to owner-occupier residents and guests.

Mr Sunito says that “One Global Residences will set a new benchmark in premium apartment living in Australia. It will be an Australian first.

“Our new venture will appeal to the most discerning of residential apartment purchasers – those looking for something truly extraordinary and very hard to find but do currently exist in other global cities such as New York, Paris, or London.”

Following One Mastery, One Global Residences will deliver a series of other brand new luxury properties. This includes a prime site in Northern Sydney’s Macquarie Park, and a future pipeline of international sites located at Chatswood, Los Angeles, and Indonesia.
