When you buy a home by the ocean, the view is usually the thing you value most, and the thing you can least control. At Sandpiper, it is secured.
Developed and built by Polycell, the 211-residence tower occupies one of Broadbeach’s most tightly held absolute beachfront sites, with protected view corridors that secure its ocean outlooks for the long term. Now, it is under construction with demolition complete, marking a significant milestone for the tower, designed by award-winning BDA Architecture.
With the 155 Old Burleigh Road site cleared, attention turns to the residences that remain. These include a select number of two-bedroom homes and a limited collection of half-floor residences, which offer the scale and privacy of a single home with outlooks across ocean, skyline, and hinterland.
Located between the Pacific Ocean and the heart of Broadbeach, residents will find that they are moments away from Kurrawa Beach, Oracle Boulevard, The Star, Pacific Fair, and the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre, with the nearby light rail connecting to the wider Gold Coast.
Two ways to call Sandpiper home
Sandpiper offers two distinct residential experiences.
The Classic Residences capture the ease of a resort-inspired lifestyle, and allow short-term letting. That flexibility suits buyers who want a beachfront holiday home or a home they can rent out when they’re away.
The Private Residences are serene sanctuaries reserved for permanent residents, boasting their own private lobby. Select homes include dual living zones, wine storage, and multipurpose rooms. The half-floor residences in this collection offer the scale and privacy of a single home in the sky.

Across the tower, open-plan layouts flow out to the balconies, and curved bulkhead ceilings feature throughout. Finishes are timeless, include brushed bronze tapware, green marble benchtops (white marble is available), an egg-shaped freestanding bath, and integrated Fisher & Paykel French door fridges.
Hotel-style service from the moment you arrive
Sandpiper’s hotel-style experience begins before you reach the lift. Residents arrive from Albert Street through two separate lobbies. A dedicated concierge is on hand, and trusted partners bring beauty, wellness, catering, and lifestyle services to your door.
Above the lobby, there are three levels of amenity, tiered by residence type.

Level 4 is the Collective Amenity, shared by every resident. Swim laps in the 25-metre pool, float in the magnesium relaxation pool, then move between the sauna, the steam room, and the hot and cold plunge pools. There’s also a gym and yoga retreat, a residents’ lounge and games room, a dining kitchen, BBQ terraces, and a spa with partnered treatments.
The Private Residences go higher still. Level 33 is given over to wellness. It has an infinity-edge pool, a terrace with day beds, BBQ and dining areas, a gym and yoga studio, plunge pools, steam and sauna rooms, and a zen garden.
One floor up, Level 34 is the social floor. It holds the Sky Club and club terrace, a library, the Private Club lounge, a private dining room with a full kitchen, and cinema, games, music, and studio rooms - the perfect place to host loved ones.

Developer and builder in one
Polycell Group has grown since the early 1970s into a global enterprise spanning Asia, America, and Australasia. On Sandpiper, it is both developer and builder through Polycell Construction, so one team oversees the tower from concept through to delivery.
Buyers have already responded.
“We’ve seen strong early momentum for Sandpiper through a highly curated, VIP-only campaign, well ahead of the full public launch,” says Carly Cottam, director of MOTIV.
“That response speaks to the depth of demand we’re seeing from design-literate buyers who are actively seeking a more refined coastal lifestyle in Broadbeach.”
“This momentum builds on the proven success of The Rochester Broadbeach, which continues to progress ahead of program.”

Construction is underway on Sandpiper for a September 2030 completion, with two- and three-bedroom residences selling.
Homes are priced from $1,855,000 for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence. Two-bedroom Private Residences start from $2,306,000, three-bedroom homes with dual-aspect outlooks from $4,174,000, and half-floor Private Residences from $8,860,000.
