A ready-to-move-in, five-star hotel-style address

Buyers have been attracted to the lifestyle offering provided by AURA’s premium range of hospitality venues, with many commenting on the convenience of picking up a loaf of fresh artisan bread or a pastry with their coffee in the morning. They also have access to an all-day diner and a Japanese fine diner, all on-site.

This fits perfectly alongside the five-star, hotel-style, concierge-driven living experience that has encouraged many buyers to purchase at AURA in the first place.

“To help foster a sense of community, our residents will have access to a range of amazing community amenities, including expansive pool and gym facilities, as well as a Skydeck and ‘residents-only’ community centre, not to mention wide-ranging concierge services,” said Alex Adams, Head of Sales and Marketing at Aqualand.

“This even extends to Etymon Concierge’s Black Key program, which provides private bespoke concierge services tailored to each resident’s lifestyle, covering everything from daily tasks to once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

“In addition, as valued purchasers, our residents automatically become part of AQ Club, our client appreciation and loyalty program.

“This offers them exclusive benefits, discounts, and money-can’t-buy experiences, including VIP arts, cultural, and sporting events, and offers from fashion and furniture houses, among other things – further establishing strong ties between our community members.”

The venues

The heart of AURA’s appeal truly lies in this lively new community precinct, featuring four distinct venues that promise a diverse and exceptional culinary experience. Let’s take a look at the dining and retail offered…

  • Sol Bread + Wine offers a unique dual experience, starting the day as a charming neighbourhood bakery serving freshly baked artisanal breads, pastries, and cakes. As the day transitions, it transforms into a cosy wine bar, providing an array of wines by the glass and delicious dishes that complement the evening’s relaxation.
  • Una is a gourmet haven for food enthusiasts. Managed by Carolina Joly, Una provides a curated selection of house-made and expertly sourced artisanal produce. From local and international cheeses, gourmet sausages, and cured meats to boutique wines and spirits, Una promises a shopping experience that elevates everyday cooking and entertaining.

With its lush greenery, eclectic timber furniture, and calming colour palette, Soluna is the perfect spot for family gatherings, casual meals, and social drinks.
  • Genzo adds a touch of contemporary Japanese flair to the precinct. Led by head chef Tuan Colombo, Genzo focuses on kushiyaki (skewers), noodles, and raw dishes, all served in a sleek and moody interior with vibrant pops of neon. The restaurant’s compelling sake selection and Japanese wines enhance the dining experience, making it a destination for both locals and visitors.

Crafted by a stellar team

The culinary excellence at AURA’s hospitality precinct is driven by an outstanding team of chefs and sommeliers. Executive chef Rhys Connell, with his rich experience at renowned restaurants like Sepia and Society, leads this vibrant culinary team. Joining him are talents such as Sol head baker Brendon Woodward, head of pastry Rhiann Mead, and precinct sommelier Thomas Craig.

Connell’s leadership and vision have been instrumental in creating a dining experience that is both innovative and inviting.

“Joining Etymon as executive chef of this diverse and exciting Walker Street food and dining precinct is an opportunity I’ve been working towards my whole career,” says Connell.

“It’s no small feat opening four venues at the same time and it’s only possible because of this super talented and driven team of chefs, bakers, pastry, sommeliers, bars, and floor staff.”
